Following the launch of our Russian speaking drive service, Chauffeur One has been taking many of our clients to some of the best of London’s restaurants that specialise in Russian cuisine. This is our brief guide to three of the most popular; though of course we are happy to offer our chauffeur car service to any restaurant in town.

Nikita’s is located in Brompton, south west London. The restaurant is famed for offering excellent Russian cuisine including the finest Beluga caviar, an incredible steak Tartar, Rice golubci (a dish of rice and mince wrapped in cabbage), shashlik lamb kebabs and many others. Nikita’s offers a lively and fun atmosphere with an exceptional list of vodkas. It specialises in private parties.

Trojka is located in Primrose Hill, North London and has a popular following among the Russian expat community. The menu boasts an excellent selection of Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Jewish dishes. There is a superb range of caviars and wide variety of traditional Russian dishes. The restaurant is particularly famous for its Golonka, a slow cooked pork shank served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. If you want a party atmosphere, Russian style, Trojka features live Russian music on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Sobranie in central London offers home-cooked Russian fare with a distinctly refined French twist. The restaurant is very popular at lunchtimes, particularly with Russian business people entertaining clients to a taste of their homeland. The blini, thin Russian pancakes with delicious savoury fillings, are especially popular.

If you would like to visit any of London’s Russian restaurants call Chauffeur One for a first class, executive car service. We have Russian speaking drivers available.
