HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

In Step 1, select Service Type, Date & Time and Pick-Up Location. For an A to B transfer please select Drop-Off Location or for Hourly as Directed services your required duration. | In Step 2, please select your desired vehicle class and click Book Now. | In Step 3, please fill in your details for the journey including lead passenger name, passenger count and luggage quantity. Follow Stripe link for credit/debit card payments. | For Airport transfers, please enter your flight information to ensure your booking with us is effortless. For Arrivals, please provide your flight number, landing time and whether you require your driver to meet you at the Arrivals hall a specific amount of time after your flight lands. For Departures, please provide your flight number, flight time and destination. | Additionally, you may register an account with us to have access to our Account Management facilities including the ability to view bookings, manage queries and payment details. | If you are booking for someone else, please click the checkbox under the passenger details | To request a child seat, please ensure you book with a Luxury MPV or Business MPV and click the checkbox under the passenger details.

Hourly as directed hire starts at a minimum of 4 hours | Prices exclude weddings | Hourly hire will start from our London base, Hyde Park Corner, and will terminate when the vehicles return to our London base, Hyde Park Corner | We will adjust hours accordingly, and, if required, we will add the number of hours and the excess mileage before charging your credit card | Our system only calculates hourly as directed using the London hourly rate and so, for out of London hourly bookings, there is a different rate – please see our tariffs | London rate allowance: 10 miles per hour | Out of London rate allowance: 20 miles per hour | Each additional mile will be charged at the “excess mileage rate” for each vehicle group plus the applicable VAT – please see our tariffs | All car park/parking charges are passed on at cost | 25% night hour charge will apply on all bookings from 22:00 – to 06:00 | London congestion charges are passed on at cost, where applicable | Please note that the images of the vehicles on our website are for illustrative purposes only; we use up-to-date models, all under 4 years old.

Please provide us with your flight information so we can monitor your flight and automatically adjust the pick-up time based on when your flight arrives, helping you to avoid wait time charges

PRIVATE FLIGHTS

Please Note: Private Flights are not tracked and pick up time is not adjusted based on landing time. After the free period, waiting time charges will occur

WAITING CHARGES

Need More Time? You can adjust your driver arrival time. (e.g. Pick me up 45 Minutes after My Flight Arrives) In addition to arrivals time please indicate your preferred pick up time

PICK ME UP 1

Pick me up “When My Flight Arrives” – We will monitor your flight and automatically adjust the pick-up time so it reflects the time that your flight arrives. From the time your flight arrives you will have a 30 minutes free waiting time to meet your driver before waiting time charges occur.

PICK ME UP 2

Pick me up “30, 45 or 60 Minutes after My Flight Arrives” – We will monitor your flight and automatically adjust your pick up time to your chosen period after the flight arrives. After the adjusted time, your free waiting time will begin (30 minutes). Since the pick up time has been moved, your driver may not be on location when the flight arrives. Waiting time charges will occur if you exceed the free waiting time period.

MEET AND GREET SERVICE

Please apply an additional £20.00 fee + 20% VAT for our meet and greet service (includes a standard 30 minute waiting period). Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name-board.

FREE 30 MINUTE WAITING

The first 30 minutes of waiting time is free (This is part of the Meet and Greet Service). Additional waiting time over 30 minutes will be charged at the “London Hourly Rate” for each vehicle group plus the applicable VAT (please see our tariffs) in 15 minute increments. This does not apply to flight delays.

FREE 15 MINUTE WAITING

The first 15 minutes of waiting time is free for all pickups where Meet and Greet Service is not provided (e.g. home, business address pick-ups etc). Additional waiting time over 15 minutes will be charged at the “London Hourly Rate” for each vehicle group plus the applicable VAT (please see our tariffs) in 15 minute increments.

Please give us as much information as possible in the “Comments” box, including what the plans for the day are so we can price and advise accordingly | If you have an itinerary, please forward it to us | Our system accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. However, if you would prefer to make a cash payment or use Discover or PayPal, please let us know your preference. If your preferred payment method is Discover or PayPal, once we have confirmed the booking and let you know that you may proceed, please visit our “Pay Now” page for you to complete your chosen payment option. You can make a payment using your “PayPal Account” or choose a “Guest Checkout”.
